This morning Universal Corp was downgraded by Davenport to neutral from buy. Shares of Universal are down 11%. Oceaneering International , a provider of engineered products and services primarily to the offshore oil and gas industry, is seeing shares down 8% today based on uncertainty about future legislation of deepwater drilling.
